Nick Melcher
A native Minnesotan, Nick worked in high-frequency trading before moving to Cabo full-time in 2012. His finance background proved to be a natural fit in luxury real estate and he has earned a reputation for his personalized client care, keen negotiation skills, and determination.
Nick’s passion for Cabo is personal as here he unlocked the best version of himself. Mint Cabo and real estate in Los Cabos enables him to help others realize their life’s aspirations through owning a south Baja home.
Outside of work, Nick especially enjoys kiteboarding, road tripping across the Baja peninsula in his vintage jeep, and exploring new diving spots around the world.
Greg Dare
Originally from Ohio, Greg built a long career helping Fortune 100 companies solve their biggest brand, marketing, and commercialization concerns. A seasonal Cabo resident for nearly a decade, he recently made the permanent move.
A self-proclaimed tech junkie, Greg is zealous about streamlining Mint Cabo’s value proposition to optimize the end-to-end client experience in buying, selling, or managing home a home in Los Cabos.
In his free time, Greg likes travel hacking around the globe, experimenting with organic craft cocktails, and evangelizing feline welfare.
