The San Jose Corridor begins at the “El Tule” bridge continuing east along the highway all the way into San Jose del Cabo. If you’re looking for something more tranquil, the San Jose corridor may be your best bet. It’s home to beautiful white-sand beaches like Costa Azul, Chileno Bay, and Playa Santa Maria as well as pristine local spots for snorkeling, diving, and surfing.

Chileno Bay is absolute paradise for Cabo San Lucas snorkelers. The reef provides pristine waters and incredible coral formations filled with beautiful marine life including manta rays, tuna, starfish, urchins, and eels.

Divers definitely don’t want to miss the spectacular Blow Hole, aptly named because of a powerful spray of water that shoots up from an underwater cavern when the waves are active. Rocky caverns, large boulders, and mysterious tunnels give the Blow Hole a very unique undersea geography. Divers will find lots of sea creatures dwelling in this area from depths of sixty to one hundred feet.

Fishing is perhaps another reason to live in the San Jose Corridor. The village of La Playita is one of the most popular places where fishing enthusiasts gather in search of tuna and marlin. The corridor is home to many world-class courses and communities.

A few of the most commonly searched residential communities right now in the San José Corridor are:

Cabo Real
Cerro Colorado
Las Ventanas al Paraiso
Palmilla
Querencia
